* Conference room rental includes access to the kitchen for catering and assistance from Client Services
* A user supplied lap-top is required for each conference room
* Deposit/Cancellation Policy/Rescheduling Policy:
    A deposit equal to 50% of the room rental will be required. In the event of a cancellation,
    the deposit is refundable only if another event of equal or greater value is subsequently scheduled.
    Canceling within 48 hours will result in full rental charge. In the case of a date change,
    your deposit will be applied to the new date only if the above cancellation policy criteria
    have been met.
